Nothing says "Timeless" like a circa 1800`s mountain farmstead . With over 125 years of history, Laurel Knob Farms has stood the test of time. Located in the clouds of the Blue Ridge Mountains on the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau, the farm is home to cool mountain weather, ice cold rushing creeks/waterfalls and warm stone fireplaces. We are a working farm raising horses and chickens and growing apples and Blue berries. From romantic weddings and elaborate receptions to fun parties, memorable family reunions and candle light dinners, you have found your venue.

As you visit the farm, your senses immediately take in the sounds of the rushing creek flowing through the old wooden covered bridge and an occasional crowing rooster and ringing church bell.
Your eyes enjoy the sights of horses grazing on the hill side with a back drop of tall pines and lush roterdemrum bushes. Finally your nose enjoys the fresh mountain air and the smell of the apple orchard that the bees simply can't resist.
Going Back In Time
The grounds consists of a farmhouse, barns, wooden covered bridge, pavilion, root/wine cellar and a quaint little chapel. The diversity of the amenities allows you to make your event an unforgettable experience.
The ambiance created by the historical structures and layout will truly make you feel as tough you are back in time.
